“I can kill you”
After an investigation at Pennhurst Asylum, our team of Paranormal investigators was invited to stay for a weekend alone at the most haunted location on the east coast: The Shanley Hotel.
After creating a video of our investigation at Pennhurst Asylum, we were invited by Ghost Hunts USA to stay the weekend at The Shanley Hoten in Napanoch, New York. We didn’t expect we’d find anything close to what we did on this investigation.
We’re, of course, amateurs at ghost hunting, but I feel like that gives this investigation a unique feel. Due to our laid back style, I feel like this documentary/investigation is much more accessible than some typical team of veteran ghost hunters.
All of the evidence in the video is 100% genuine, I spent days upon days editing and looking through everything very carefully to ensure its validity. This was the biggest project Ducklatch has tackled so far, with multiple cameras and various pieces of equipment that needed to be looked over.

When our group took on ghost hunting I don’t think we were exactly prepared for how we would go about that. Everyone was so scared, and because we believed there were racist comments geared towards me, Nick made me his guinea pig. I went into rooms that I didn’t want to enter, and I stayed up later then I wanted to. We needed a story and the only real story was the fact that our talking windows tablet kept saying the N word.
